Having updated the firmware on a RUTX50 from 07.24.1 to 07.24.2, I see that the Bootloader version has regressed from 3.3 (on 24.1) to 2.27.0 (on 24.2).
Is this intentional or has the firmware build process had a hiccup?

I see that firmware 07.24.3 also has a bootloader version of 7.24.2 … any comment from Teltonika?

Hello @Mike and @Marcelo.Barros,
We received information from the R&D department.
The bootloader version change in firmware 00.07.24.2 is intentional.
Starting with firmware version 00.07.24.2, the RUTX devices use a different, newer bootloader base. This bootloader uses a different versioning scheme, which is why the version number appears to have changed from 3.30 to 2.27 after the firmware upgrade.
Although the version number is lower, this does not indicate a regression. The bootloader functionality is expected to remain the same as before.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
P.
