I have a rutm50 I am trying to use the usb for usb tethering but noticed is setup by default for storage is there a way to make the usb port behave for usb tethering

Our RUT devices do NOT support USB-Tethering.
Our RUT devices do NOT have the required drivers to support the required protocols for an internet connection over the USB port.
I would recommend using the Hotspot feature on any phone and creating a Wifi as WAN/Client connection on the RUT device to connect via Wifi.
