RUTM50 RMS Connection failure

Does anyone know why I can not get my Teltonikia RUTM50 to connect to the RMS so I can add a Nord Vpn?

I press connect, and I have credits, and I get this error. Failure (Device is not registered in RMS. Please login to rms.teltonika-networks.com and add this device to your account device list)
