RUTM10 does not connect to Teltonika RMS

Hello, I have a RUT 10 that was properly connected to Teltonika RMS and it stopped working. The RMS VPN was working, but it appeared as disconnected in the devices list.

I disconnected it from Teltonika RMS and reset the router to factory settings, but it’s still the same. I can connect using the RMS VPN (by manually configuring it), but it still appears as not connected.

Could you please navigate to Services → Cloud solutions → RMS and click Connect in the top right corner of the page?

If the device doesn’t connect afterwards, could you please clarify what is the Connection state, does it show any errors.

I’ve already solved the problem by setting the DNS to 8.8.8.8 in the WAN configuration. I’ve attached a screenshot.
