While updating the router firmware via the portal to RUTM_R_00.07.22.3, an issue occurred. The router was already running a newer firmware version (RUTM_R_00.07.23.4), but the portal incorrectly indicated that RUTM_R_00.07.22.3 was the latest stable firmware and recommended its installation. After the update (firmware downgrade), the router was reset to factory settings, even though the “Keep Settings” option had been selected.
