Is the RUTC50 supported under RMS?
I’m having trouble activating the device.
RMS appears to read the device type & firmware revision but not doing much else.

If yes, what status do you see next to RUTC50 in RMS?
Please note that the device must have an active internet connection to connect to RMS.

The Internet connection at both ends is Starlink & very stable.

Thank you for providing the screenshots. Could you please try unregistering and re-registering the device in RMS to verify if the warning regarding device validation is resolved?
If the warning disappears but the device is still not activated, you can activate it via the WebUI by navigating to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS and pressing the Connect button. Alternatively, you can connect the device to RMS by sending an SMS message <WebUI_password> rms_connect
to the phone number of the SIM card in your RUTC50.

I had tried unregistering and re-registering the device in RMS about 4 times. I have just done it again & the warning regarding device validation remains. Still showing a 5 yr pack against the device but it’s not activating.

Connection State is down with a message to add it to RMS
(Which I’ve added & removed A few times now)
I removed & added it again. See images below.

Could you please specify which firmware version your RUTC50 is running? If it is not the latest 7.12.3, please download it here and update your device. After that, check if the issue persists.
Additionally, please ensure that when registering the device to RMS, you input the correct LAN MAC, serial number, and device password.

Firmware is 17.13.1 & RUTC50 has been rebooted.
No red triangle.
Device is registered on RMS & has a pack allocated.
Device settings say it needs to be registered…
Have tried deleting & re registering a few times.
Checked MAC address is local.
I assume the device password needed for RMS is the Authentication code shown below. Is this correct?
RUTC50 says it connects
Could we deal with this issue off the forum please?
