Dear all,
Something isn’t working as it should. The problem is that the internet reception or mobile data connection isn’t working properly.
I’m not entirely sure whether this only occurs abroad or only when roaming. However, suspicions are growing, as the problem also occurred this weekend in the French Vosges.
Symptoms: When devices (SPHs/tablets/laptops) attempt to connect to the internet, the required Wi-Fi connection to the router is established, but the device displays a “no internet” connection. What seems strange to me is that I managed to establish an internet connection briefly twice, but it is not available permanently.
Despite this connected status, the router does not appear to have any to receive data or to share it with the Wi-Fi.
However, the SIM card used in my smartphone works without any problems, and 49 of the 50 GB of data is still available.
I tested both SIM card slots 1 and 2 in the router, using different SIM cards and different devices.
There was no difference, and a permanent data connection via the router was not established. I researched this online but couldn’t find anything.
The router is running the latest firmware, and no more recent firmware or modem updates are available.
Best regards,
