Hello. I'm in Portugal and my RUTC50 with an O2 data SIM is recognized and everything works fine.
However, when I start a TV app like WaipuTV, there's no data stream.

Wo kann ein Fehler vorliegen.
WaipuTV probably is georestricted, due to programme licensing agreements. Access it in Germany no problem but if outside of Germany, and if WaipuTV is georestricted, it won’t stream.
Nein es unterliegt keinen Einschränkungen, es sind alle Apps betroffen die auf dem Tv gestartet werden können.
Mit einer Portugiesischen Datenkarte ist alles einwandfrei, nur die deutsche Simkarte gehen nicht und diese sind auch ohne Einschränkung. Nur YouTube läuft mit der O2 Karte genauso die Apps vom Amazon Stick

Do I understand correctly that the SIM card is providing internet to all devices, but only the TV is experiencing issues, specifically, that YouTube works while other apps on the TV do not have internet access?

Yes, that’s right. It’s not the TV. I have two of them and both have the same problem. O2 Online is also stumped and suspects it might be the location.
