RUT956 Works for 2 hours then off until the next day

Hello,

I have a RUT956 router with a sim card with a static IP address. I can establish a connection with this IP address for 2 hours then after it goes dark again until 22 hours later when it is suddenly accessible again. I am at a lost of what could be causing this? My ISP says that they are not throttling the SIM card in anyway.

Does anyone have any insight on what might be happening here? Thank you.
