What FW version should I be using for RUT956 v4.0?
I have tried multiple, accepting the FW & the config, then I don’t get any internet after. I can see from my SIM card portal that the SIMs are active, any ideas.

Are you referring to the HW (hardware revision) version?
Which firmware version is currently installed on your RUT956? Additionally, could you provide a screenshot from Status → Network with any sensitive or private information (such as public IP, IMEI, etc.) hidden?

I have factory reset it, and used both FW versions on that link you sent me, currently on 7.11.3. Still not getting internet.

Currently i have FW - 00.07.11.3_WEBUI.bin installed. I cant even log into the router via UN & PW.
After i load my config and change to DHCP i cant reach it ?
When i factory reset it, i can login with the defult credentials and IP address.

At firewall… Are you software off loading?
At wan? ip address?
at lan? ip address?
Just a comment… your wan ip address and lan ip address… cannot be the same network range… 192.168.1.xxx/24.
Can you share the screen about the status of sim card?
Im not sure about software offloading, i don’t think so.
The IP address, is in a different network range.
its just a randomly generated IP address from our IP pool.
Are you using a RUT?
ahh sorry, This is via the SIM tab via the router, i cant login to the router unfortunatley. even though its online & connected.
can you do a ssh to your device?
Can you do a ping from the cli? ping 8.8.8.8 ? what is happened?
We (forum) need some screens to better understand your title message… about not getting any internet.
The sim card status… ( Sample I share with yout ) provide some troubleshooting about LTE BAND signal.
Hi, no i can’t SSH from my device or ping Google, I can only access the router & CLI on the default config. when I put my config on this device I can no longer access it.
Marcelo, do you think the SIM card is the issue, shall I try using another one, even thought it says its active.live.

yes, device is working before. Also, i swapped a SIM card from a 956 that is confirmed working, as soon as i switch that SIM into the RUT956 im working on, same result, no internet.
Can be a Firewall rule? Software offloading?
