I have a RUT956 connected to a legacy controller through the serial port. Occasionally the serial port locks up and, while we are able to connect, we do not receive any response. At this time, a reboot of the RUT956 solves the issue however the time it takes to fully reboot the 956 is not ideal for us.
Is there a CLI command I can execute to simply reset, close, or kill the serial port process so we can re-establish serial communications without a full reboot. We have other LTE routers from other manufacturers that have this feature but I am unable to find a similar command in my searches for the Teltonika RUT955 or RUT956.
