I have about 20 RUT956 and RUT955. I’ve never had any problems with them. With the last 3 RUT956 that I bought, put the SIM card you put on, it tells me that you have tried all the APNs that come on the SIM card and that you don’t let it connect, and after that I get the same error message: State: Limited service; N/A; 4G (LTE)
I receive a message from the Router: “Mobile ESM reject cause: Unknown”, with different SIMs, from different operators. These same cards, I put on 3 routers of other brands and all work correctly in all of them. I have tested these cards with other RUT956 that currently work well and also without problems. I have seen too that correctly receive signals from different operators,
I’ve tried:
- Change IPv4 or 6 settings
- Set manual APN
- Update and test different firmware and make backups of routers that work
I’m desperate, see if they can help me.
- Kernel router: 5.15.197
- firmware router: RUT9M_R_00.07.22.1 (I also tried 23)
- Modem: EC25-EUX
- firmware modem: EC25EUXGAR08A19M1G
