Hi,
My RUT956 is no longer showing location based data in the RMS dashboard.
I have checked the RMS dashboard. I have tried the following
- checked the device settings to make sure GPS is enabled
- rebooted
- updated the firmware to the latest version - RUT9M_R_00.07.13.3
- checked the gps cable connection on the device
Is there anything else I can do?
Location / GPS tracking has previously worked.

Just to clarify, did the GPS stopped working after a config change? or random?
Please also advise whether you use original Teltonika GPS antenna, or a third party one. Do you keep the antenna outside, with good GPS coverage?
Please also try to perform a bootloader reset on the device. This unique feature allows you to perform firmware update and reflash the device, which can potentially resolve the issue.
