RUT955 unable to login via webgui

hi, if i try to login via webgui, it times out while “loding”, and does nothing. (with correct credentials), if i try with wrong credentials, it says “Invalid username and/or password!”

i can login via SSH, but cannot upgrade the firmware:

It seems that one of the internal files on the device is corrupted. It should be possible to restore the device.
