RUT955 sudden problem with dozens of routers (login loop, board.json)

Hello,

we have hundreds of RUT955 routers in operation and production, we are losing them one by one.

They suddenly stop working without the slightest action, at first they work randomly (WiFi works for 5 minutes then stops etc.).
These problem routers can’t even connect to the RMS anymore, so it’s having a huge impact on us.
Their SERIAL changes to 0000000000 and LAN MAC ADRESSE FF:FF:FF:FF:FF, so it can’t connect to RMS.

I managed to recover a router, but after it was reset, I can’t connect to the Webui, it loads in a loop.

I’ve managed to retrieve the router’s logs, which indicate a problem in the board.json file. In fact, this file has only ten lines, whereas on another router that works, this file has more than a hundred lines.
I’ve copied the correct board.json file to the problematic router, and I’m able to connect to the WEBUI, but I’m getting 404 errors on most pages.

I can’t update their firmware: “Error: Incorrect checksum.”

I’ve already tried to completely reset the router with the bootloader.

I manage to downgrade the router to RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.2 but when I upgrade it to the latest versions, the login loopback problem reappears directly after the upgrade. With the error “Failed to load menu”. This is the board.json file :

                "id": "teltonika,rut9xx",
                "name": "Teltonika RUT9XX",
                "platform": "RUT9"
        },
        "network": {

                        "proto": "static"
                }
        }
}
