there is no mICCID in SNMP RUT955, I am using mib RUT950 but the value is null.
Hello,
I was successfully able to obtain mICCID
value using OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.27
:
Make sure you are on the latest firmware and using the correct MIB file.
Best regards,
Thanks, working fine after upgrade to latest firmware RUT9_R_00.07.04.4
how to get APN name and Connected Band via SNMP?
These OIDs have not been implemented, but they may be in the future.
How to get power state OID including how many volts the input power?
Input power OID is also not available.
I recommend using a tool like MIB Browser ( Free MIB Browser / MIB Browser / SNMP Browser. ) which will show all of the available OIDs and provides a testing environment for them.
Best regards,
sometimes the mSent value in SNMP is negative (-) sometimes also positive (+), what causes the value to be positive and negative?
Hello,
I cannot reproduce this locally, ant there seem to be no bugs reported. Are you using the MIB Browser as suggested? If so, could you check if it replicates with any other SNMP agent?
I have used MIB Browser but I got a negative value on OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.22 (mSent) while 1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.22 (mReceived) got a positive value.
Can’t seem to replicate this locally:
And just to clarify, in both Network → Interfaces → General, and Status → Mobile Usage the mobile usage is displayed correctly? What about Status → Network → Mobile?
below for the results, the value is different
[redacted by the moderators]
I want to ask again outside of the SNMP topic, I got a log like this on Teltonika what caused this log to be produced

I’ve removed the image you attached as it contained some personal information in the SNMP calls.
I’d recommend resetting the device to factory default settings and checking if both issues are present. The attached logs suggest that there may be something wrong with the mobile package. This could be caused by an update from an old firmware version, but it’s hard to say.
the error log still appears after a few hours the router is up, what should I do so that the router can remain stable and this log doesn’t appear, i have reset the device to factory default settings and firmware has been upgraded from RUT9_R_00.07.04.4 to RUT9_R_00.07.04.5, but the issue still appears.

Hello,
Please try downgrading to the legacy firmware using the bootloader method: RUT9xx Firmware via The Bootloader Menu - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Legacy firmware can be downloaded here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/images/e/ef/RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5_WEBUI.bin
Best regards,
got the following error when using the firmware you provided, What is the difference between updating firmware via bootloader and via menu system → firmware → update firmware?
Perhaps you could try updating to the latest firmware available on our Wiki using the bootloader?
Flashing the firmware via the bootloader completely rewrites the internal OS files resolving any issues that might be caused by corrupt system files.
Best regards,
