You can try following the bootloader procedure as described here.
However, it is likely that one of the internal files is corrupted and the bootloader will not help. Nevertheless, I suggest trying the bootloader first.
If the issue is indeed due to the corrupted file, then it should be possible to restore the device. However, this requires sharing additional private information. Due to the public nature of this forum, it is not feasible to exchange priviate information safely. Thus, the best course of action would be to contact your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you have purchased the device. This way, you will be able to provide additional information securely and they should be able to assist you.
