RUT955 Data to Server MQTT buffering is not working

Hi Everyone,

I’m working with the RUT955 as an MQTT gateway, sending Modbus data. However, the data collected during an internet failure is not being sent to the broker when the connection is recovered.

This leads me to believe that the buffering functionality either doesn’t exist or is not working correctly in my current configuration. I would appreciate it if someone could share a solution for this problem, or confirm if the RUT955 definitively does not support this feature.

Thanks for your answer. The firmware version is RUT9_R_00.07.06.20_WEBUI.bin

Thank you for your message,

It can be achieved using a custom script, however, custom script writing is outside technical support scope. Modbus information is stored in modbus_db file, and using a custom script can be extracted from and sent when the connection is restored.
