Upgraded 9 teltonika RUT950 devices to the latest firmware with no problems. But the last unit will get stuck on the spinning load screen after the firmware update. I searched Google and see that a few other users have experienced this issue and needed tech support to fix the issue through remote support. How can I request remote support?
