RUT950 No WiFi after Firmware

Hello everyone,
we have a router RUT950 (1010M0) which unfortunately no longer works. We wanted to update the firmware as it was still running on version RUT9XX_R_00.01.497 from 2015. After installing the firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5, the admin panel was no longer accessible. By assigning the static IP, I was able to access it again in “Safe” mode and installed the oldest firmware I could find (RUT9XX_R_00.03.832 from 2017) to get the router up and running again. The admin panel is now also working again.

Unfortunately, however, no WLAN is established and Mode unknown CH is now displayed here (see pictures). In the Firmware section, an upgrade of the bootloader is recommended, unfortunately the link provided there is not functional.

Does updating the bootloader help here? If so, where can I get it? If not, what can I do to make the WLAN work again? Many thanks for your help.

Did you try to flash RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5 FW with bootloader menu?
