RUT950 no internet on LAN

I bought a new RUT950 4G router and I have a problem with the LAN network. If the LAN devices are not connected, the RUT950 can be properly started and restarted.
If the LAN devices are connected to the RUT950, then the RUT950 modem is properly connected to the Internet but the LAN network is not connected to the Internet!
I did a firmware update but that didn’t solve the problem!
Please help!

  • Can you please see if DHCP is turned on for RUT950?
  • Try pinging 8.8.8.8 using the Diagnostics in the router. System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot → Diagnostics
  • Lastly, could you check if Gateways are added to the LAN device?
