Hello, the input/output menu is missing from the RUT950 service menu. Is it changed some other location from menu structure?
User manual says:
“If you’re having trouble finding this page or some of the parameters described here on your
device’s WebUI, you should turn on “Advanced WebUI” mode . You can do that by clicking
the “Basic” button under “Mode”, which is located at the top-right corner of the WebUI.”
And there is no Basic/advanced button on top right corner.
How to access these settings?
The ‘Advanced mode’ feature is only included in the more recent firmware versions (v7.0 and above). Currently, you’re operating on an older, legacy firmware version. That being said, the Input/Outputs should still function with the legacy firmware. If there are issues, I’d recommend updating your device to the most recent firmware version. It’s important to disable the ‘keep settings’ option during this process if possible. Due to the significant differences between the firmware versions, keeping the settings enabled during the update could result in migration issues. As such, it’s recommended to turn off this option.
