RUT950, mdex and Sweden

Hello there,

I have a router RUT950 with mdex card in Sweden. With or without custom APN connection is max 10mbit, but on RUTX12 its around 80mbit.

What could be a problem? I have troubleshoot logs if needed.

Regarding slow speeds, it is possible that you will be able to improve speeds on RUT950. I would suggest taking a look at the forum post here to better understand the difference in speed and potentially improve it. You can also take a look here for more information.

Keep in mind that RUTX12 and RUT950 are different devices. In addition to RUTX12 being generally more powerful, it also has an LTE CAT6 modem which can provide higher speeds than the LTE CAT4 modem used in RUT950. For example, CAT4 modems do not support carrier aggregation, while CAT6 modems do. Thus, RUTX12 can offer higher speeds than what the RUT950 can achieve.

Thanks a lot for your response.

I tried a lot of things with RUT950 from changing operators to bands, but nothing helps. Also Softrware Offloading doesnt change anything.
So, I posted a question which is maybe not related to router config, but more to country network regulations or better politics about network coverage and thats why I asked about experience of other customers with Teltonika routers on teritory of Sweden.

So, I can see only solution in replacing the RUT950 with some other RUTXxxx router.
