I have 2 Rut950 modems. Even though it is formatted once, the LAN1 light changes and stays on. No matter what I did, I couldn’t solve the problem. No matter which port I plug the Lan cable into, it lights up along with LAN1. Thank you in advance.

Could you try uploading and upgrading the firmware via the Bootloader menu to see if that makes any changes to the LAN1 port behavior? Instructions for accessing the Bootloader menu can be found here: RUT950 Bootloader menu
Additionally, for testing purposes, you could try disabling/enabling LEDs through the WebUI (System → General) or via CLI using the command:
ledman -C(should disable all LEDs, including the faulty one)ledman -a(restores LEDs to auto mode)
This will help determine if the issue is software-related, though if it’s hardware-related, this likely won’t resolve it.

It didn’t happen. because I can’t enter WEBUI. the device gives an error
Have you tried accessing the Bootloader menu and uploading firmware through it, as described previously?
Additionally, can you ping the device’s LAN IP? What LAN IP and gateway are shown for your device via CMD using the ipconfig command?
