RUT950 in safe mode

Hi Team, After a firmware upgrade from RUT9XX_R_00.03.832_WEBUI to RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5_WEBUI with successfully updated my RUT950 remain in safe mode.
From Status-> Overview …
“Firmware version RUT9XX_SM_00.01.194”

How I can resolve it ?

Thank you for reaching out.

To resolve the safe mode issue, please try updating the firmware through the Bootloader menu. Instructions on accessing the Bootloader menu are available here: RUT9xx Bootloader Menu.

I’d recommend first updating to an earlier legacy firmware version, such as 06.09, which you can download here: RUT9XX_R_00.06.09_WEBUI.bin. If the update is successful, proceed to install the latest RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5_WEBUI.bin firmware version.

Where I can find i file for update a bootloader ?
In a download page i find only a firmware file and I can’t use it …

Apologies for the inconvenience. You don’t need to update the bootloader itself. To access the Bootloader menu on your RUT950, please refer to the guidelines provided in this wiki topic: RUT950 Device Recovery Options - Bootloader menu.

it finally started working again.

Now this is my state:

|Kernel version|3.18.44|
|Bootloader version|1.0.0 Update needed [Download]|

is necessary update a bootloader ?

No, if the WebUI provides an option to update the Bootloader, it is unnecessary and even not recommended to go ahead with updating it.

Where i can download a correct file ?
In a download page i find only a firmware and not a bootloader

I’ve checked and consulted regarding the bootloader update for your RUT950 device. If your device is functioning properly, there’s no need to update the bootloader, even if the WebUI indicates “Update needed.”
