RUT950 in RMS WebUI forever connecting to server

My latest RUT950 does not allow to generate WebUI link.
After linking the router to RMS (also reinstalled the routers firmware and reconnected the device to RMS) I cant open the WebUI nor the CLI of the router. Does anyone has an idea what to try next? My other routers are working and credits are sufficient.
