RUT950 device RMS is lost against

Hello,

I had to delete the router RUT950 from my account again and reintegrate it, as a result my device RMS was lost, the divice was assigned to the router and no longer active after the new integration. Now I had to buy a new device, which can’t be right!

Could you please clarify what you meant by:

What device are you referring to? Are you referring to the device being connected to the RUT950? If so, how was it connected? Have you configured remote access via RMS for that end device? How?
