RUT950/951 connecting to RMS

Hello- trying to add an already set up RUT950 and and 951 to RMS - the device successfully registers but still cant get it to connect via RMS correctly.

Have tried removing device and re adding it. I can access the device from OVPN

To troubleshoot your RMS connection issue, could you please check the following:

  1. Does the device have an active internet connection?
  2. Is there a sufficient amount of RMS credits available?
  3. Is the RMS service and monitoring enabled? You can verify this by navigating to Administration → Companies → View company details.

Hello- yes to all above and plenty of credits. When attempting to reconnect we get this

Could you please confirm that all credentials (S/N, MAC, and password) have been entered correctly? Also, please note that sensitive information like S/N and MAC addresses should not be shared here for security reasons (as seen in your screenshot).

Additionally, a factory reset may help in this situation. If possible, please try performing a reset and re-registering the device.

Hello- sorry i wasnt aware that it was on the screenshot - ive removed it now thankyou. Ive cross referenced the MAC and SN numerous times and nothing is different its exactly the same as on the device. Ive got 2 that are not registering. Ill try resetting and come back to you
