RUT901 Intermittent connection

Hello,

We have been having issues with intermittent connection on two RUT901 and one RUT200.

First RUT901:
Is connected to a system that as been stationary for more than 6 months. The system is powered up 24 hours a day (except for maintenance or grid supply issues) and so is the router. The system was switched on on the 7th Feb at around 17:40 UK time, we had data until around 18:00 on the 8th Feb. The RUT901 was offline from 18:00 on the 8th Feb until 14:30 on the 14th Feb. On 14th Feb when it came back on I checked our system logs and the system was running for the whole period of connectivity outage. How can we check if the downtime was due to a router issue or mobile network issue?

Second RUT901:
Particularly between the dates of 13th and 15th Feb connectivity was very intermittent and sometimes with long periods of interruption. Again, how can we check if the downtime was due to a router issue or mobile network issue?

RUT200:
Another system with a RUT200 has been offline since the 9th Feb.

Our devices did not report any errors or issues before they went offline so we are confident they are still running.

Please let me know how I can check if everything is ok with these routers and let me know if you require more information.

Ricardo Silva

Hi, @ricardo-allye

Have you check the temperature at the local?

Hello,

We have an internal air temperature sensor in the system for which I have some data, please see below (all data in degree Celsius).

First RUT901:
Please see attached a graph with the temperature. The outage period is highlighted in red.

Second RUT901:
Please see attached a graph with the temperature. There many outage periods in this graph, some shorter some longer.

RUT200:
It was around 10 degree Celsius when the system went offline.

So…not temperature issue…

Firmware upgrade? I believe… You for sure, already check…

Last… But not good… Auto reboot?
