RUT900 SIM card connectivity issue

Hello.

I’m facing issues related to mobile connection on RUT900. The device does not connect to the mobile Internet regardless of which slot the SIM card is placed in. It always produces a “PIN required” error. The SIM card has been checked on the mobile phone. After setting the APN, it receives the correct IP address and the SIM card PIN is correct. I have performed operation tests with different versions of the software for this device (the current version is RUT9XX_R_00.06.09, the previous one is RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.4). Manually searching for network operators displays them, but registration fails. The device has already been reset to default settings, reconfiguration does not bring the expected results. Have you attempted to turn off the SIM PIN code on your SIM card?
