Does anyone know a configuration item that tells the router to ignore incoming voice calls ?
By default it seems to catch the call and close the connection at once. Thus the parallel sim card in my phone does not receive the call.

As I understand, you are using two SIM cards for the same phone number, one in the RUTX50, and another in your mobile phone. If that is the case, RUTX50 is configured to reject calls by default. To change this behavior to “ignore” them, navigate to Services → Mobile Utilities → Call Utilities, and under the Incoming calls section, change the Action from Reject to Ignore.
