RUT361 remote access

I have set up a Remote Acess on a RUT361

I can access the devises connected to the RUT361 with the link generated by the remote management system but that link is only valid for a short time.

How can a make a link that will be acive for ever to give to the customer that wants to monitor his devices ?

I see no possibility to do that or to use use dyndns or smillar on the RUT361 ?

Thank you for reaching out.

To provide your customer with a longer valid remote connection link via the Remote Management System (RMS), you can easily extend the link’s active duration by selecting a larger “Duration time” period. This option allows you to set the link validity for a much longer time than the default setting.

Please refer to the screenshot below to see where the “Duration time” setting is located in the RMS interface.

Select a longer duration period and click “Generate” to create the link. This will give you a remote connection link with a significantly extended validity compared to the default 45 minutes.
