RUT360 Modbus Client won't send alarms via email

Hi all,
I’m experimenting with the Modbus client alarming capabilities and have noticed that sending alarms via email is not working!
I have an email account (Recipient) set up and can send test emails via “email users”.
Sending Modbus alarms via SMS works fine on the RUT360.

Tested devices: RUT360 & RUT300 with the latest FW!

Who else is experiencing a similar issue?

RUT300 email alarms worked after falling back to FW RUT30X_R_00.07.11.3!
RUT360 is using FW RUT36X_R_00.07.12.3

I also have a RUT241 that will require the modobus alarming function via email.
Is this device also affected by this issue?

Yes, the RUT241 is also affected by this issue. As mentioned, the fix will be included in the upcoming RutOS 7.13 FW release soon.
