RUT360 - Broken after firmware update

Hi,

we recently updated to RUT36X_R_00.07.14. Afterwards we started to experience several problems:

  • The mobile interface completely disappeared (from the webui as well as the config files)
  • Every other reboot there seems to be a problem communicating with the internal modem
  • the web interface shows faulty serial number (a couple of question marks), product code as UNKOWNXXXX and hardware revision 0000
  • The device seems to change its MAC for the LAN-Port after every reset

At this point we tried multiple factory resets, downgrading to a previous version and also a recovery using the bootloader method to no avail.

Is there anyway beyond that go get the right configuration?
