Rut2m_r_00.07.11.1

Hi. There was a problem with the SIM card detection on the new firmware version. On the RUT2M_R_00.07.01.3 version, such a problem did not arise. It seems that the router cannot accept the settings that are sent via the SIM card. The SIM card has a static IP. I would like to know what the problem could be.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

To begin, could you please confirm if the correct APN is set up for your SIM card? Additionally, ensure that the mobile antennas are securely screwed in and properly positioned. It’s also worth checking if your data plan is active and not depleted.

You might also try setting the PDP type to IPv4 only in Network → WAN → Mobile Interface → Edit settings.

If the connection is still not established, try manually restarting it from Status → Network → Mobile or simply reboot the router.

If the issue persists, I’d like to troubleshoot this further. I’ve sent you a form to fill out—please use ticket ID 10831. Once submitted, we’ll contact you privately for further assistance and investigation.

Best regards,

Same problem with RUT9M_R_00.07.11.1 firmware.
Cannot connect to a mobile network (Vodaphone - asdamobiles.co.uk ). Tried setting APN manually, IPv4 Only, selecting network manually etc…

Have had to roll back to previous firmware version.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that you will not be able to establish a mobile connection with any Belarus operator, as mobile connectivity with their networks is prohibited for all our devices.
