RUT241 – ZeroTier bridge to LAN with IPv6 link-local + multicast?

Hi, I’m looking at a RUT241 to get live data off a vehicle over LTE.

The setup: an ECU plugs into the RUT241’s LAN port. It only uses IPv6 link-local (fe80::slight_smile: and finds the laptop with IPv6 multicast. The laptop is somewhere else on the internet running ZeroTier. I need the RUT241 to bridge its LAN into the ZeroTier network at layer 2 so the laptop sees the ECU like it’s on the same cable.

Questions:

Does the RUT241 support ZeroTier “Bridge to LAN” mode? The bridging guide on the wiki uses RUTX routers, so I wanted to check.
Will IPv6 link-local and multicast traffic pass through that bridge?
Is there a minimum firmware version needed?

I’ve tested the same setup with a Windows PC doing the bridge over a phone hotspot, so I’m trying to confirm the router can do it before buying. Thanks!
