I have a RUT241 that seems to be having connection issues. I’ve already unregistered and re-registered it twice, which temporarily fixes the problem, but the issue comes back after a few days.

The issue may be related to the device intermittently losing its internet (WAN) connection. When this happens, the device disconnects from RMS. To verify this, please log in to the device’s WebUI and navigate to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot, then click Show next to System.log.
If you notice frequent entries indicating that the WAN connection (e.g., mobile) is disconnected, it’s likely that the RMS issue is caused by the router’s internet connection. If you do not observe such entries, please let me know so we can investigate further.
