Hi,
I´m just tryin to forward incoming SMS messages to one or more Email addresses but it seems as nothing happens. The Email account ist set up and I´m able to send a test mail. Forwarding the SMS message via SMS works without any problems. Also event reporting via Email fails. There aren´t any event logs.
I tried with firmware versions 00.07.13.1 and 00.07.09.1.
Could you please tell me why it doesn´t work?

as described I allready installed firmware version 7.13.1 first of all and tried the other version 7.9.1 for analysis only. Currently version 7.13.1 is installed again and the forwarding of SMS to Email isn´t working.

Apologies for the confusion regarding the firmware.
I have just tested SMS forwarding to email on firmware 7.13.1, and everything is working as expected. Could you please confirm if you receive the test email after configuring the recipient in System → Administration → Recipients?

yes, I tried this several times and I´m receiving “Test email” with “Test email from: RUT241” every time. Are there other settings which can prohibit the forwarding by email?

Could you please provide the exact SMS message you attempted to send? Additionally, could you share a screenshot of your SMS forwarding to email configuration (ensuring your email address is hidden)?

I already tried to send several messages to avoid any conflicts with utilities rules and I also selected to forward sms-utilities. And I tried several email accounts to send to.
