I have 3 RUT241 modems that show very unstable connection.
Approximately every 2 hours, I loose connection and because of that, the “ping reboot” happens and eventually I recover internet (maybe 30 minutes later while the pin reboot is triggered 10 min after too high ping is detected).
Both mobile antennas are connected to the router, we have moved the router to a different city and the same behavior still happens (which confirms it’s not linked to the 4G network of a specific area).
The firmware of the router is the latest mass production version: RUT2M_R_00.07.10.4
The internal modem (EC25-EC) has this firmware version: EC25ECGAR06A15M1G_20.200.20.200
Is there something I can do ?
We have hundreds of this router model and all of them have the same configuration and working fine, only 3 recent ones have this issue.
