It randomly returns 0, then reverts to providing sensible numbers again. I believe that these OIDs only return values when in LTE mode, but when they are returning 0, the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.48690.2.2.1.16.1 is always “LTE”, so I know that is not the problem.
You can see here that it was sensible for a bit, then flapped between 0 and correct values, and then just stuck on 0 for hours!
These OID can return a value of 0 even when the device isn’t connected to any mobile network. Are you certain that the device isn’t losing connectivity? If it is, could you please take a troubleshoot file when the device gives out readings like that?
Also, have you tried using any other SNMP monitoring software? It’s possible that the issue lies there as well.
SNMPwalk output is from one server, Zabbix graph is from another.
I am doing this remotely, not locally, so I know that the connection is up, otherwise it would simply time out rather than fetching “0”.
I am also monitoring this router with ICMP, ICMP works fine during this time.
I have sent an invite to the email address you registered with. The invite is for another platform where you can share the troubleshooting file with us.
Additionally, could you monitor the following SNMP OIDs to check for mobile disconnections at the times of signals showing 0:
Nope. I have emails from the forums about replies to threads, but I don’t have anything in either my corporate or Hotmail accounts, or their respective junk folders. Where should it be coming from?
It seems there’s an issue with the email system. Could you please try reaching out to us via the “Contact us” form on https://teltonika-networks.com/? Please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post.
