RUT241, Private apn and internet conniction for RMS throught VPN

I’m having trouble getting RUT241 to connect to the Teltonika RMS service. The router is connected to private APN network and has no connection to internet.
I was wandering if it was possible to use VPN server or Proxy server on our internal network to still get internet access and to use the RMS service to remotely maintain multiple routers.

For the RMS to work you will need to contact your private APN provider to open specific ports and allow connections to RMS IPs.
