RUT241 - No internet connection on LAN

Goodmorning,

I’m having a trouble on my RUT241 connected via SIM and configured with a VPN after a Factory Reset.

LAN network is not having internet connection but I can reach out all the systems connected in that network via browser typing the internal network IP address.

This problem is influencing the connected NVR for camera surveliance abd Ive noticed it can’t handle NTP requests.

Hello,

Does connecting, say, a laptop or a desktop computer to the device directly provide an internet connection? Does connecting to the Wi-Fi of the RUT241 provide an internet connection?

Does adding 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 as DNS servers under WebUI → Network → DNS → General help with your issue?

Goodmorning, thanks for the hints but we solved by adding in Firewall-Traffic Rules a new rule that forward any incoming connection from TCP/IP and UDP LAN to WAN IPs.

Don’t know why but its working.
