RUT241 latest Firmware T-Mobile Ping instable

Hello,
we do run a lot of RUT240 and use T-Mobile in Germany. Reboot on a timeout ping request is not often.
Now we do have two RUT241 also update with latest firmware, the reboot timeout ping comes almost very 2 hours. GSM is very stable. The RUT241 moduls located in two different towns.
