I’ve a RUT241 without the black case, only the router board, is there any posibility to recover de password serigraphied in the case?

This depends on several factors. If you have an older device, it should have a default password ‘admin01’. In this case, you can reset the device to factory defaults and login using this default password. PCN regarding the unique default password is here.
In case if it is a newer device, this will depend on when the device was purchased. In this case, the best course of action would be to get the serial number of your device or/and a MAC address (can check it by conecting to the PC and looking at the ARP table). Then, contact your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you have purchased the device for further assistance. If they still have the password for your device, there’s a possibility they can provide it to you. But as mentioned, this depends on the device and when it was purchased, because the passwords are not stored for long periods of time for security reasons.
