RUT240 unale to communicate with relay Protecta

I have a RUT240 with firmware RUT2_R_00.07.06.16 and I want to use it to monitor my Protecta Relay, I have the problem that it does not find my relay, this relay is on IP 192.168.100.105 and the RUT240 is on 192.168.100.1

Hello,

Could you please confirm whether the correct default gateway (your RUT240 LAN IP address) is configured on your Protecta relay?

Have you tried manually configuring remote access to the relay? Additionally, could you specify which protocol you want to be using to communicate with the relay?
