RUT240 sim inserted but status disconnected

I have a RUT240 with a sim card inserted. I downloaded the latest version of the modem and the device.
It used to work up to a few days ago, but now the status keeps saying disconnected.

Make sure you’re on IPv4 only and Auto APN:

Where do i find those settings? I tried all the menu’s but cant find it

Hello,

1. Please ensure the antennas are connected properly at a 90-degree angle.
2. Have you tried using this SIM card in a different device, such as a phone? Does it connect successfully?
3. Could you please check the status in Status → Network → Mobile Operator and let me know?
4. Could you also check the signal strength in Status → Network → Mobile? Recommended signal strength can be found here: Mobile Signal Strength Recommendations.
5. Additionally, have you tried setting the APN manually? Did that help or not?
