RUT240 RMS registration

If i try to add rut240 to rms appears this error:

  • Validating list…
  • Device with 1103097306 at line 1 could not be added. Please contact support for more information.

This is the first time this has happened to me on about 300 routers we manage.
I can only manage it via SMS.
