RUT240 requires 'Additional Authorization' in RMS

Good evening
I have one of the RUT240s that I am trying to add and on the RMS Device page I have an error that says “This device requires additional authentication”, despite having updated it to the latest firmware version available on 07.06.12.
Is there an additional way to authenticate the RUT240 on the RMS portal?
