Hi, I’ve had my device around two years, the same sim card for around a year. Not really had an issue with it. But now it keeps saying theres no internet. Not sure if its the device, sim or antenna but seems to come back on after a reboot
first thing: not nearly enough information to help you.
I guess you have you have an ancient firmware.
Update device firmware first and then modem firmware.

Kindly make sure that the firmware is upgraded to the latest one “7.05.4”, you can find the firmware file on link below
You can upgrade the firmware on the router following below:
WebUI > System > Firmware > Update firmware > Turn off keep settings option > Upload the firmware
If the issue still persists, you can upgrade the modem firmware later.
