RUT240 is having issues with RMS. MAC address shown in RMS tab is corrupt

Hello,

I have a RUT240 running RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.4_WEBUI FW. I used to be able to connect the unit to RMS. However, currently the RMS page in the modem’s web UI is showing a strange mac address that does not correspond to the one on the unit’s label.

Hello,

Could you please execute the following command via CLI/SSH:
hexdump -C /dev/mtd1

Let me know if you see the correct device parameters or if you only see 0 and f. Please do not share the output if the correct device parameters are visible, as it contains sensitive information.
